Cancellation & refund policy
We offer a full refund if you cancel your reservation 21 days prior your arrival. Rooms that are given as special offers can not be refunded.
Deposit
In order to have a valid reservation you need to deposit in advance a 1 night payment within 5 days after confirmation.
Pet policy
Small pets are allowed as long as they are not left unattended and are quiet. Poisonous pets are not allowed.
